NCIB

FERMENTATION LABORATORY

Fermentation lab provides the facility for revival, identification, and maintenance of microbial cultures for the product development. Microbes are cultured and identified by growing them on specified media, and their morphology is examined using staining procedures. Further confirmation is done by molecular analysis (PCR-based detection). By using standardized procedures, desired chemical compounds can be produced through fermentation of microbes on specific media under controlled conditions.

ANALYTICAL LABORATORY

Our Analytical laboratory houses a broad scope of analytical technologies and testing instrumentation. We apply chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, microscopy, particle size techniques, physical characterization, and physicochemical methods to a wide range of chemical testing and analysis applications

QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY

Quality Control Lab is designed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of active compounds. It involves the use of HPLC, SFC, and LCMS to identify and quantify the active ingredients (Curcumin, Gingerol, and Shogaol). Quality control laboratory provides training, instruction, and adherence to analytical testing and safety procedures.
